Lead Caregiver
Guaranteed 40 Hours | $21–$22 per Hour | Monday–Friday

We’re currently hiring a Lead Caregiver to support both our clients and our team of caregivers. This position guarantees 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday and requires daily availability from 7 AM to 7 PM.

What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality, hands-on caregiving to clients in their homes

• Mentor and support newly hired caregivers through shadowing and training

• Conduct in-home caregiver introductions (15–30 minutes) to ensure smooth transitions

• Perform quality assurance visits to maintain top-level client care

• Assist with office support tasks when not in the field (e.g., phones, paperwork)

• Deliver supplies or small equipment to client homes as needed

• Participate in ongoing training in leadership and quality assurance

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of professional personal care experience (non-family caregiving)

• Leadership skills or prior supervisory experience preferred

• Strong communication skills (spoken and written English)

• Tech-savvy and comfortable using basic computer systems

• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle

• Must be a non-smoker

• Must live within our service area

• Resume required to be considered
