$26.00-$29.00 plus bonuses

Our Recruiting & Engagement Coordinator role recruits, hires, and engages our caregiving workforce in our North and Central Denver office. You will be an integral part of managing recruiting activities, building candidate relationships, maintaining referral sources, and managing engagement activities with our Care Professionals/Caregivers.  This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to broaden their experience even without significant recruiting or Human Resources experience. Home Instead of North and Central Denver has been locally owned and operated by the Foust family since 2014.  Read our Google Reviews

This posting is for a full-time, in-person position for those who live in the Denver metropolitan area.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Create, manage, and monitor job postings on various online platforms
  • Recruit and engage candidates as they progress through the hiring process
  • Conduct and complete all stages of the hiring process with all new candidates/hires
  • Regular posting to social media platforms that engage our audiences (Instagram/Facebook)
  • Creation and electronic distrubution of monthly e-newsletter (Constant Contact)
  • Responsible for all pre-employment documentation and new hire employment files
  • Nurture relationships with our team of 90+ Professional Caregivers through positive interactions, engagement activities, and company events
  • Proficient with computers, Microsoft software, and other internet-based applications/systems 
  • Support office operations and fellow staff members
