Are you an experienced caregiver looking to take the next step in your career? Join Home Instead, where we help older adults live safely and comfortably in their own homes—with dignity, compassion, and respect.  We’re currently hiring a Lead Caregiver to support both our clients and our team of caregivers. This position guarantees 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday and requires daily availability from 7 AM to 7 PM.

What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality, hands-on caregiving to clients in their homes
• Mentor and support newly hired caregivers through shadowing and training
• Conduct in-home caregiver introductions (15–30 minutes) to ensure smooth transitions
• Perform quality assurance visits to maintain top-level client care
• Assist with office support tasks when not in the field (e.g., phones, paperwork)
• Deliver supplies or small equipment to client homes as needed
• Participate in ongoing training in leadership and quality assurance

What We're Looking For:

• Three years of professional personal care experience (non-family caregiving)
• Leadership skills or prior supervisory experience preferred
• Back-up to fil shifts as needed from Monday to Friday, 7AM to 7PM
• Strong communication skills (spoken and written English)
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using basic computer systems
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
• Must be a non-smoker
• Must live within our service area
• Resume required to be considered
